“THE STUDENT THROUGH THE EYES OF PRODUCTION”
As part of the “10 Days in Production” initiative, a meeting took place at the “Higher College of IT and New Technologies” (Abai Region Education Department) between students from inclusive education groups and representatives of “ETO Shulbinskaya” LLP.
The meeting was attended by:
- Aigerim Toktousheva — Procurement Specialist and Chair of the Youth Council;
- Zhanar Adilbekova — Head of Human Resources;
- Radiy Zainiyev — Head of the IT Department.
Company representatives spoke about the organization’s operations, modern technologies and equipment, and the requirements for specialists.
Students asked questions of interest and engaged in direct dialogue with the company representatives.
The meeting was organized with the participation of Farida Kenzhebekovna Shalova (Deputy Director for Academic and Practical Training), Zhanerke Maulitkyzy Maulitkyzy (Methodologist, Instructor of Specialized Subjects, and Internship Coordinator), as well as vocational training instructors.
