Training at the School of Line Managers
On March 2–3, the Higher College of IT and New Technologies hosted a training program within the framework of the School of Line Managers. The event was organized in cooperation with social partners, including Kazakhtelecom.
The training program focused on developing managerial competencies, enhancing communication skills, and improving leadership effectiveness in modern organizations. Participants worked on practical tasks, analyzed real-life case studies, and exchanged professional experience.
As part of the event, a college exhibition was also held, where educational institutions presented their academic programs and projects. The exhibition provided an opportunity to share best practices, establish professional contacts, and strengthen cooperation between the education sector and business community.
