A New Stage — New Achievements
On August 29, 2025, the Higher College of IT and New Technologies held a special event — at the pedagogical council, colleagues congratulated Shamshiya Kairbekovna Kumasheva on her appointment as the new Director of the college.
The appointment of Shamshiya Kairbekovna is a recognition of her professionalism, many years of experience, and strong leadership qualities. Over the years, she has built her career from a teacher and vocational training master to Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, and today she has taken on the responsibility of leading the college to which she has dedicated almost her entire career.
📌 Short Biography:
— Born on March 30, 1976, in the Zharma district.
— In 1997, graduated from Semey State University with a degree in Physics, Informatics, and Computer Technology.
— In 2020, earned a Master’s degree in Technical Sciences at the Kazakh Innovative Academy, majoring in Information Systems.
— Began her career in 1997 at the Youth Vocational Training School “Zhastar.”
— Since 1998, has worked at our college, holding positions as teacher, vocational training master, methodologist, and deputy director.
— Total work experience — 28 years.
We are confident that under the leadership of Shamshiya Kairbekovna, the college will continue to grow, strengthen its position in IT specialist training, and reach new heights.
We also extend our sincere gratitude to Oralkhan Imangalievich Sartaev, who previously headed the college. His contribution to the development of the educational base, strengthening partnerships with employers, and the success of students in WorldSkills championships will remain an important part of the history of our institution.
