“10 DAYS IN PRODUCTION”. JOINT DISCUSSION
As part of the “10 Days in Production” initiative, the Higher College of IT and New Technologies hosted a roundtable discussion titled “What Skills Must a Specialist Possess from Day One on the Job?”
Participants discussed employer expectations for young professionals, practical student training, industrial internships, and mentorship programs.
The roundtable was organized by Farida Kenzhebekovna Shalova (Deputy Director for Academic and Practical Training) and Zhanerke Maulitkyzy Maulitova (Methodologist).
The discussion was attended by Farida Alimovna Baigalieva, a representative of the “Atameken” Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs (Abai Region), alongside the college’s social partners.
