Representatives of the Department of Education of Abai Region Visit Our College
Today, the Higher College of IT and New Technologies welcomed a delegation from the Department of Education of Abai Region.
During the visit, the guests were introduced to the college’s modern infrastructure: laboratories of robotics, cybersecurity, embedded systems, the Museum of Communications, the Smart classroom, and other key facilities where future IT specialists are trained. The delegation learned how digital education is implemented in practice and which technologies and approaches are used in student training.
Special attention was given to the achievements of students at the WorldSkills championships. Guests were informed about our students’ participation and victories in previous years as well as at the recent WorldSkills Abai 2025, where the college took prize-winning places in 16 competencies and won 28 awards. Information was also shared about the ongoing preparation of winners for the national stage of the championship.
