Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve
⚡ Starting from June 1, the next selection for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve begins.
👤 Eligible participants are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the age of 35, with higher education, at least 5 years of total work experience, and proficiency in the state language at level B1 or higher.
📑 The selection consists of several stages and will take place between June and October 2025. As a result, the top 50 candidates will be included in the Reserve. From the date of admission, within 3 years, reserve members will have the opportunity to be directly appointed to various senior leadership positions in the civil service without a competitive selection.
📝 To participate, applicants must register on pkrezerv.gov.kz between June 1 and June 30 of the current year by entering their IIN and email address. After age verification, they will gain access to their personal account to fill out the application form and upload the required documents.
📊 During registration, participants must choose one of six sectoral directions:
— Infrastructure and Industrial Development, Trade Policy;
— Agro-Industrial Complex and Environmental Protection;
— Foreign Policy and Investments;
— Economic and Financial Policy;
— Digitalization;
— Social Policy and Civil Society.
