College Student Becomes World Champion in Para-Armwrestling!
From September 10 to 25, 2025, Bulgaria is hosting the World Para-Armwrestling Championship for athletes with disabilities. This prestigious event brings together the strongest athletes from around the world, showcasing power, skill, and determination.
The championship is organized by the World Armwrestling Federation (WAF) and is held as part of the 46th World Armwrestling Championship and the 27th World Para-Armwrestling Championship.
A special pride for our college is the victory of Danil Tikhonov, a 3rd-year student of the Higher College of IT and New Technologies. The young athlete won gold in his category, demonstrating outstanding preparation, strength of character, and an unbreakable will to succeed.
We sincerely congratulate Danil and his coaches on this remarkable achievement! Winning at the world level is not only a personal triumph, but also an inspiring example for all youth, proving that perseverance and hard work always lead to success.
