Visit of TUSUR Delegation to the Higher College of IT and New Technologies
On April 24–25, representatives of the Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR) — a strategic partner of our college — paid a working visit to the Higher College of IT and New Technologies (Semey, Kazakhstan).
On the first day, the guests were given a tour of the new and main academic building of the college. TUSUR representatives were shown the key educational infrastructure facilities, including the College Museum of Communications, which houses unique exhibits reflecting the development of telecommunication technologies.
The delegation also visited the Robotics and Embedded Systems Laboratory, the Cybersecurity Laboratory, and a modern Smart Classroom, equipped according to the latest requirements of the digital educational environment. The guests expressed particular interest in the practice-oriented training and the use of high-tech solutions in the educational process.
In addition, TUSUR representatives were presented with the achievements of college students at WorldSkills championships, including well-deserved awards, highlighting the high level of student training.
In the afternoon, the delegation visited the second academic building, where practical classes are held. There, the guests got acquainted with classrooms, specialized laboratories, and had the opportunity to interact with teachers and students.
The visit of TUSUR representatives became another important step towards strengthening partnership ties, developing joint projects, and expanding academic opportunities for students and teachers of both institutions.
